What is the BEST way to clean HP ink-jet cartridges or is it even possible?

Do not really understand what you are trying to do.... What are you cleaning on the cartridge? You can carefully clean some of the contacts, but you have to be very careful. Also what model are you talking about? They have changed their cartridges over the years. The newest technology does not have the print heads on the cartridge any longer.





Sorry to be vague but do not have a clear answer....
