My 1310 HP Printer can not working normally, it can't print out any text on the paper. So I hope someone can help me with that. In addition, tell me the steps about how to charge ink into the Print Cartridge?How to charge ink into the HP black Print Cartridge?
Are you sure the cartridge(s) are not empty? If the cartridges are not empty you could take the cartridge out of the printer and soak print head down on a warm paper towel for about 10-15 minutes. For the refilling process I would check out the two different links below.
